ETHER: Her presence is seductive with a hint of power and danger. She smells of jasmine, tastes like bitter chocolate, and feels like the brush of manicured nails across skin.

ABILITES:

Telekinesis: The ability to manipulate and control objects with the mind. This is something that Irissa rather prides herself on, though; she has a tendency to let this power shine through when she is particularly board. She can lift and move things with little more than a thought and, because of her age, her "mental strength" is considerably greater than, say, the average human telekinetic.

Pyrokinesis: Irissa can call up fire at a whim, though it burns particularly strong and is far more destructive than what is seen on Earth. She is loathe to call it Hellfire, but the fact that it leaves behind the distinct odor of brimstone suggests just that.

Physical Prowess: Due to her demonic nature, the Madoré Princess has been gifted with all the standard perks. She is stronger and faster than any mortal, with heightened senses and a pain threshold that is off the charts. She is also quite resilient; it would take a good deal of effort to truly destroy her.

SKILLS: Fluent in French, Italian, and Latin. Drives manual shift. Started playing piano around 1905, kept it up. Is quite the actress -- she's being playing the useless blonde for some time now, and no one's been the wiser. Calculating, cunning, and far wiser than she lets on.
LIMITATIONS: > Holy items, like all Demons. For all her cunning and general ability to sneak about, this little princess can be awfully dense. It probably comes from lifetimes of having that fabled silver spoon in her mouth, but Irissa does occasionally miss out on the bigger picture, as it were. She'll dive right into something without thinking about the consequences, and by the time she realizes her mistake it's usually too late. For all her sex kitten swagger, there is considerable insecurity; she's had no family, and the relationships that she has witnessed were never based on things like trust or love. In her eyes, the best thing is to get what you need and get out before things become too heated. Less chance of being damaged that way.
WEAPONRY TRAINING: Irissa has, in fact, picked up some skills over the centuries. Just because you're pretty doesn't mean you need to be helpless, after all. She's recently become quite fascinated with firearms, but her real skill comes in the form of swordsmanship -- she's quite the accomplished fencer.

OPINION: Irissa knows that her family's name no longer holds any power, and therefore, she is content to make nice. For now.

Irissa would most definitely be considered a striking woman. Her long, blonde hair has gone through a variety of styles and colors, though she seems to be quite proud to embrace her brown roots, for the moment. Her eyes are blue-grey, capable of being playful, seductive, and downright cutting. She stands at a little over 5'7", so a good pair of heels will put her at nearly 6 feet tall. There isn't much on her in the way of curves, much to her dismay, but her slim stature allows her to wear some decidedly daring outfits. Most of her clothes are name brand and extremely expensive -- she isn't afraid to show it off, either.

DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Pierced ears. There is a tribal-inspired rose tattoo along the side of her left hip. Irissa doesn't do any kind of activity that would leave scars.

Disinterested. Disdainful. Irissa has that general air of snobbery that only comes from decades of a lifestyle filled with excess. She is a spoiled, self-centered little princess and isn't ashamed to show it. Status is something to be flaunted and abused, in her opinion, and she does so at every turn. She wants only the best of everything; the best clothes, the best shoes, the best food -- if it isn't hugely overpriced, it isn't worth her time. Like any shameless socialite, Irissa enjoys decadence in any shape or form. Parties, restaurants, clubs -- anything and everything that would allow her to enjoy something lavish.

Sex is right up there with that list of decadance, too. Given her age (even if she can't quite put a number on it) and however many years on Earth, it can be assumed that Irissa has picked up a few, ah, tricks for the bedroom. She is bisexual, mostly because mere heterosexuality is just too damned boring, and partly because she seems to get a good deal more attention when her tongue is tangled with some lithe young brunette. Granted, her fleeting interest in the fairer sex has become a bit more engrained, as of late, though she has yet to take a serious female lover. Or any serious lover, for that matter -- no point in complicating perfectly good sex with words like 'exclusive'.

Yet, for all her sexuality and carnal desires, there is a good deal of experience behind her vapid expression. Irissa is, after all, a Demon, and despite the fact that she isn't nearly as old as her mother she is certainly old enough. She can manipulate, she can twist and bend people to her will not through the force of any supernatural power, but by pure charisma. This girl knows how to talk, how to plot, and how to get what she wants. Step in her way and... well, safe to say this Princess isn't afraid to get her hands dirty.

• Born of Michael and Lilith however many ages ago. It wasn't as though she asked to be conceived,
• Raised by Josephine Madoré and her husband. It was not the idea, nuclear family, to be sure -- the Madoré house was a cold one, to be sure. Mamá was, in fact, the Ice Queen that everyone perceived her to be, and there were somedays when Josephiné refused to look at her daughter.
• It didn't take long for Irissa to learn that her feelings weren't exactly at the top of her parents' priority list. So she took care of herself. Being part of a filthy rich family was awfully helpful when it came to escapism. She grew up quickly, very much aware of both her status and beauty, and not at all bashful about using either to her advantage. Did not like having to 'play human'.
• Struck out on her own by the time she turned 20. Stops aging at around 27.
• SHE TRAVELS A LOT. THAT'LL COME HERE.
• When she came across the Raidan at the turn of the century, her initial reaction was one of disdain. Really, who the hell did these little shits think they were? Strutting around, flaunting about and showing absolutely no class whatsoever. Never mind that she'd been doing the same thing for the past few decades, but honestly. A little decorum never hurt anyone. Ingrates.
• She kept up the snobbery until she got an eyeful of one Thane Riordan, Jr. He was cute, she wanted a piece.
• Probably was, Thane seemed to be more interested in, ah, flitting from flower to flower, as it were. Nonetheless, The Raidan actually turned out to be fun. Letting loose wasn't nearly as uncouth as she had originally thought, plus the rivalry with mother's Elari was something of a bonus. For, really, Irissa still has some of that teenaged resentment for mommy and daddy festering int he back of her mind.
• Even so, the generally havoc that occurred with The Raidan wasn't quite enough to temper the sting of being passed over by Thane. Irissa was nothing if not a vain little thing. She became sullen and bored once again, suddenly tempted to up and travel. Milan sounded like as good a place as any, so off the little Princess went.
• Irissa has basically been tearing up and down Italy for some time now. Europe has always fascinated her, but she's reached that state of ennui again, and she's looking to come 'home'. Safe to say that wen she does return to Vegas, she'll be in for one hell of a surprise.

Nikolas is a conundrum. He is a male, and an attractive one, at that, so there should only be one thing he wants or needs from her. And yet, he has done nothing. Neither is he as easily swayed as so many others of his sex because, as he says, he cares for her. Really cares for her, without the expectation of anything in return. Never before has Irissa been on the receiving end of that kind of affection and the knowledge that Nikolas feels so strongly for her is nothing short of maddening. The vampire is well and truly under her skin and she cannot stand it.
